1) Before accepting any commissions, please send a clear description of the commission itself and supply reference of said subject.​​​

Sending a reference or description will greatly help proceed forward with a clear goal.
2) The artist reserves the right to refuse anyone for whatever reason. This will apply to both the subject matter and one's reputation as a buyer.
3) I have a no refund policy unless I'm unable to do your art. Please, assume that I'll get to your art when it's your turn and if anything happens I'll keep you posted. Be aware.
4) All payments are 50% upfront and the final 50% upon completion, I take PayPal ONLY (for the moment) and every final quote will have an added 6.5% taxes fee.
I'll send an invoice to your e-mail of choice after the budget is approved.
When the first half of the payment is completed I'll send a confirmation e-mail and add you to my Commission's Waitlist.
5) Commissions may take between 1-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the project. ​
I'll let you know an approximate time before sending a budget.
After that I'll keep you posted with WIP whenever available and give you updates if there are any delays.
6) After completing the commission, the artist still retains copyrights to the illustration/animation once finished.

You can show them in Livestreams, VODs and YouTube videos, but you may not sell products with the art included.

If you are interested in selling products with my art/animation (please let me know), an extra fee will be charged.
7) I reserve the rights to showcase commissions in my portfolio and websites.
8) Clients are NOT permitted to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFT), AI machines, or Crypto-related schemes.

The use of the artwork for any advertising, profits, or "neural machine "learning"" associated with the before mentioned is strictly prohibited.
